And they're bloody amazing, stay safe!

Yeah I agree with you, such a climate where $90 (aus pricing lol) bucks can really do a lot but we wanna also support bands and physical media!!!

I'm so sorry thats terrible news D: its so exciting waiting for it to arrive and only to be disappointed. The Merchant at: hailtheshopify@gmail.com replied to me after 11 days (sent May 27, reply June 7th). If they don't respond you could email again! I'm so sorry everyone is having terrible issues with USPS :( maybe cuz I'm outside America it was a whole different process compared to in country. I'd expect it to be easier within :(

Oh dude i'm so sorry to hear that! What email did you use to email them? When I emailed them it took them a couple of business days but I eventually got a response, heres a screenshot of their email:
They took 11 days to respond (i sent my email on May 27th) they replied 7th June.

Yeahhh it is a little thin, was hoping it would be thicker especially with Australian winter but at least it wasn't scratchy. Its really comfortable IMO

I believe its what you said, quality control 😭😭😭 maybe for some people they can request a change if they email, I emailed the shop on Shopify and they replied after a couple of business days and were helpful! I was asking about shipping timings, didn't read their shopify page lol

The quality is actually pretty good, its soft and comfortable on the inside and its not see through! Relatively thick
