It depends on the implementation. Playing Cyberpunk 2077 without PT just feels wrong for example.

Depends. I’ll turn things off until it goes over 100fps and I avoid DLSS and refuse to use Frame Gen.

No amount of visual spectacle outweighs a smooth output for me personally, but I do strive for visual clarity. And I won’t sacrifice input latency for fake frames and artefacts.

You clearly don't know what DLSS does. Or frame gen for the matter.

I do perfectly know what DLSS does. Upscaling. The best of the bunch but still absolute trash compared to native. Native or nothing

It’s a crutch used by devs who cba optimising their game and by Nvidia to release lesser products

Frame gen is absolute cancer and even worse than DLSS as a tech. I’m hyper sensitive to ghosting, artefacts and input latency. I literally can’t stand it.

More power to you if you can

No, you don't. You literally prove that in the next sentence after saying that you do perfectly know how it works 😂. The same for Frame Gen. Try again.

Go ahead and explain it then. After all, it’s you saying I’m wrong.

At this point it might be you that doesn’t know how it works….. So - DLSS doesn’t reduce internal resolution, therefore loss of detail. And frame gen doesn’t add input latency and old frame info….

Interested to see your response to this one….
