He survived but his state is unknown. I’m hoping we can reduce the uncertainty bounds to “locked in syndrome on life support” so he gets stuck in a hospital for the rest of his days. Maximum amplitude on the karmic wavefunction.

On a ventilator, but fully conscious, albeit unable to communicate.

So a Hector Salamanca (Better Call Saul) situation for him. A lifetime in a wheelchair with a little bell. A fate worse than death, as someone else said “couldn’t happen to a better person!”

Ring that bell a few times too many and they’ll accidentally leave his chair next to an open window five stories up.

Eventually abandoned by staff in a fire

After the hospital was accidentally bombed by a misfire from their own side.

The explosion damage and fire is isolated entirely to his room.

After 70% of his body is burned the staff rush in and put it out.

He dies 17 days later from sepsis in his burns.

Seems fitting.

Seems like a something wanted him dead and to suffer. Definitely seems fitting.

I’m not convinced. What if we only get so much of this karmic retribution? I don’t want to waste it all on one piece of shit, there are to others to get done.

Whoops!

A fire created by a Ukrainian drone in a precision strike

Still fit for duty on the front line.

Unable to communicate, paralyzed, conscious enough to feel pain and so they aren't giving him any pain meds

So cut off his junk and cauterize

5

u/BRB_MD Sep 04 '26

Cautery is optional

5

u/jaajaajaa6 Sep 04 '26

Harsh but he deserves it!

2

u/horaceinkling Sep 05 '26

Hell yeah, appropriate punishment. Though I’m sure the state will end up smothering him than paying to keep him alive.

Then, because he's a general, it's a military hospital, and someone can bomb it!

The cycle of life continues.

You forgot to add the hyperalgesia for maximum benefit. How could you be so thoughtless? 😁

The SBU will find a way to get someone in his hospital room and finish the job.

That would be an unnecessary kindness.

I find myself thinking about that sort of things a lot recently. Like for people who are so absolutely rotten, the "at least they're gone" argument doesn't seem good enough as there seems to be an endless stream of similarly/more rotten people to that their place. Probably we need a little bit of long-term deterrent or more endings that are enough to warrant becoming a verb (see also: Gaddafi).

u/mademeunlurk Sep 04 '26

Shame if it happens to him again......

6

u/mku7tr4 Sep 04 '26

Would be kinda neat if he ended up like the guy in the music video for “one” by Metallica. A fitting ending

5

u/ArtzyDude Sep 04 '26

With a thorny catheter.

4

u/ThrowRA-James Sep 04 '26

If at first you don’t succeed…

5

u/Silvertree99 Sep 04 '26

I hope his "alive" is the same type of "alive" as mitch McConnell

3

u/jacksonsmack831 Sep 04 '26

Then the hospital gets bombed, with only him in

3

u/Witty-Lawfulness2983 Sep 04 '26

Oh dude don’t give me hope…

3

u/RedTypo84 Sep 04 '26

At first I thought: holy shit that sounds terrible. 2-3 seconds after that, I thought: you know what… good. I hope this is the case.

3

u/rubberpp Sep 05 '26

I'd love that so much more than him dying, just laying there with his thoughts until the evil fucker dies! Nothing but the worst for this demon! :)

3

u/SubfurSir Sep 05 '26

He's apparently recovering with Mitch McConnell, who, btw, says he might be back to work in 2 weeks.

7

u/Bananaland_Man Sep 04 '26

I really hope he survived and gets to live the rest of his life as a vegetable. Justice isn't death, justice is serving for all of your atrocities. He deserves a slow, painful end of life. Just sucks that that means citizens are paying for him to survive, which doesn't feel like justice, but just imagine that level of torture...

2

u/rgvmadness Sep 05 '26

He’s at Mitch McConnell’s hospital, so I’m sure he’s fine.

1

u/Big-a-hole-2112 Sep 05 '26

Death would have been better for him. So he suffers now and hopefully with what’s left of his brain he can think about what happened.

1

u/Jedi_Mind_Chick Sep 05 '26

Absolutely!
Death implies relief.

What would be even better is if said hospital has to endure hours of blackouts due to fuel shortages, in the dead of winter. That would just be chef’s kiss.
