These three are skilled pilots of 954 meter tall remote controlled mechs called Hive knights. they act more like armored cores in terms of speed and mobility. The three here are Zelena a green sweat bee who operates copernicus class Hive knight which fights primarily in space. Zelena herself is very calm and quite stoic. the second is Yumi a snarky and quiet blue carpenter bee who’s more nicer to people she knows and is close to generally due to trust issues. Yumi pilots an interceptor class hive knight a very fast unit that fights the Cosmic disease known as the M.E.S.H or the great endless plague which can consume planets. lastly there is Sunny a Blue banded Bee who is very enthusiastic and optimistic she pilots a Hercules class Hive knight a large heavy unit with a massive amount of armor and devastating WMDs she also fights the M.E.S.H along side Yumi.

Hiked Mount Tammany this morning. A good reminder of how beautiful and diverse the landscape features in our state can be!

Hello everyone,
I would love to hear your thoughts on a personal Titanic story that I believe may be worth exploring in much greater depth.
My great-grandmother was Karla Petersen. She was 19 years old when she survived the sinking of the Titanic. According to our family history, she escaped in one of the final lifeboats. Her brother, uncle and fiancé did not survive.
Over the years, our family has preserved a substantial collection of original newspapers and articles from 1912 covering the disaster. We also have written records of interviews Karla gave throughout her life, along with historical objects connected to her story. Some of these objects have been used in exhibitions over the years.
What makes this archive particularly interesting to me is the opportunity to compare contemporary newspaper accounts with Karla’s own recollections, recorded at different points in her life. I believe this could reveal fascinating details about how the disaster was reported, how survivors’ stories evolved over time, and how one young woman’s life was shaped by the tragedy.
There is also a question I would love to investigate more carefully: possible parallels between Karla’s life and the character of Rose in James Cameron’s Titanic. For example, when she passed away, she was buried in the same nightgown she had worn when she was rescued from the Titanic.
I am interested in exploring these similarities through documented evidence rather than simply assuming a direct connection.
I am considering turning the material into a substantial, illustrated historical publication in English, with transcriptions, source references, photographs and an analysis of the stories contained in the archive.
Before embarking on such a project, I would genuinely appreciate the perspective of this community.
A few questions for fellow Titanic enthusiasts:
Would you be interested in reading a source-based investigation of a survivor’s story using original 1912 newspapers and personal interviews?
Which aspects would you find most valuable: the historical documents, Karla’s personal testimony, the Danish connection, or the possible parallels with Rose?
What would you expect from a serious historical publication of this kind?
Would an illustrated digital book or a carefully researched e-book be an appealing format?
I have included a photograph of some of the original newspaper material. If there is interest, I may share selected pages and stories in future posts.
This is a family history that I would like to preserve and investigate properly, and I would love to hear what this knowledgeable community thinks.
Thank you for reading.
