Erin and Abe have been known to no my pay their rent in upscale apartment complex. The known scam is rich people not paying their rent, maybe 2-3k here and there and make it for as long as possible so in the end they’re getting sued and can settle for less money before the actual hearing. A lot of people are doing this in NY, it’s a well known scam and Erin has done it before.

Part-time rich ass fraudster on a lower level so they won’t ever have to answer to it. They won’t defraud people per say, but they definitely will play the system like rats.

I just recently commented on a post talking about how weird it is that Carole is downplaying her relationship/friendship with Ghislaine. Initially I’m not going to lie with more and more email evidence coming out I found it super strange and honestly still do. Like girl just come out and say “I thought these people were socialites and we were friends but I didn’t realize how morally bankrupt they were” and that that is 10x more believable than this bs. But I also thought back to when she was getting close to Tinsley on the show and did a 180 and was like “I was never close with Tinsley” and Tinsley was actually pretty hurt too. Just thought I would throw that into the discussion and also Carole if you are reading this I actually really like you and defended you all the way up until this stuff…I would even go so far as to say you were more “social” friends than besties but the excuses are super weird?!

In season 7, episode 4, Angie K is sharing with Heather that she and Shawn are going through a hard time. In her confessional, she mentions that she “started speaking up” and that sometimes, as a couple gets older, they have “different ideologies”. Could this be Angie K hinting that she doesn’t agree with Shawn’s far right red pill BS?

Yes, I’m part of the 2026 Japan travels crew, and I was absolutely captivated by the country’s grace, serenity, beauty, cleanliness, sense of community, technological innovation, and style. The OC gals (apart from Fancy pants of course) may just be the least classy cast and had no business stepping foot in Japan. Like Tamra, why are you cursing and rabidly sobbing in a sacred place?
