He seems quite healthy, just looked up that it's incredibly rare. (And while I say ours, it's more like one of the neighbourhood cats we feed so they don't starve.)

There's been a hoard of these videos of cats all sharing cute shelters together in the rain. It's all slop, every single one. Street cats are very unlikely to share a space with everyone like this.
