Hot Take ☝️ I'm conservative, but Republicans have disappointed me. I'm politically homeless, so I'm not voting in the midterms.
I know people are gonna disagree with me here, but I see no point in voting in the midterms. I voted for Trump in 2020 for the first time when I was 18 and I also voted for him again 2024, but he and the Republicans have failed to deliver many promises they ran on. And no, this is not an endorsement for Democrats either.
Trump promised to release the Epstein files, yet Republicans in power have done everything to cover up the Epstein files and not a single Epstein's client has been arrested. I've defended Trump when leftists have called him a rapist pedophile. I even lost a friend over politics because I disagreed with her that Trump is a rapist. I still believe the accusations from Jean E Carroll may be false because of her inconsistencies, but I don't think I can keep defending Trump from any other accusations because the way he has called the Epstein files a Democrat hoax and wants people to forget about the files makes me suspicious of him. And yes, I know Democrats could have released the files and Biden also acted weirdly around young girls, but the way Republicans have handled the Epstein files is disgusting.
Trump promised no new wars, yet he started a war in Iran and keeps sending our tax money to fund Israel's wars, instead of using that money to help the American people or at least reduce our taxes as he promised, maybe he could use that money for American healthcare instead of helping Israel's military. I've recently been called an antisemite for saying I don't think we should send money to Israel. Just like I didn't like the fact Biden sent aid to Ukraine, I don't like the fact Trump is sending money to Israel.
Trump promised to carry out deportations of illegal immigrants, yet at the rhythm deportations in the country are going, we won't be able to deport even half of the illegals who came under Biden. Even Obama managed to deport more illegal immigrants than Trump back when Democrats weren't for open borders. Though leftists are also to blame for the low deportations because they've tried stopping ICE from doing their job. And we're also having a problem with the H1B visas which I hope Trump at least manages to get rid of that problem.
Trump promised to make our country affordable again, yet prices in groceries have increased with the tariffs Trump put on many countries, including ally countries. Many products have become expensive. Gas prices are also high because of the war in Iran. I yesterday went to refill my van and I paid $70 for 16 gallons because the gallon was over $4.40. I've even had to pay more money for my catheters I need as a paraplegic, and my health insurance also increased, though my parents help me with those expenses. And I'm getting stressed about prices with my salary as a school teacher. And don't get me wrong, prices under Democrats were also awful, but Republicans have increased prices, and our taxes aren't used for things that could benefit Americans.
Trump knows he's losing voters that a few weeks ago he made a stupid promise of giving $5,000 to every citizen who voted for him, like if that money didn't come from our tax money. That promise is anti-Capitalist and it sounds like something Maduro or another Latin American leftist politician would promise to buy votes from people.
I'm in Texas and I'm afraid my state could turn blue. Many people are voting for James Talarico for the senate, but I also blame his Republican opponent Ken Paxton for that loss Texas will have. Neither James Talarico nor Ken Paxton are good options. I'm not voting for James Talarico because he supports abortions, gender transitions for children, and biological men on women's spaces, but I'm neither voting for Ken Paxton because of his corruption scandals and the fact he let a pedophile who raped a 13 year-old boy go free. None of these candidates care about our children and as someone who has a younger 13 year-old brother and as a teacher who teaches kids ages 11 to 15, I'm not voting for people who don't care about protecting our children.
I don't know who's gonna win for governor of Texas, but the chances for Greg Abbott to win are getting lower this year. I just know I won't be voting for either Greg Abbott who has already been governor for 12 years, and Gina Hinojosa who just has terrible policies as any other Democrat.
Both parties don't care about America. Both parties have sold out for different globalists and receive money from AIPAC, though Republicans are the ones who have mostly sold to Israel(and no, I don't support Palestine either). Republicans protect rich pedophiles or any pedophile who pretends to be a man of God, some Republicans also vote against banning child marriage. Democrats protect immigrant pedophiles and LGBT pedophile activists, defend third-world cultures which promote child marriage, and on top of that they support abortions. None of these parties are protecting our children all because of their political agendas. None of these parties are getting my vote.
I know my parents are still gonna vote for Republicans because of the bad things Democrats have done and support, but seeing both sides are corrupted, I'm not voting for either of them. I just unregistered myself as a Republican and now I'm an independent.
I'm not Republican or Democrat. I'm an American woman of God. I love America and Jesus. Both parties are un-Christian and don't care about Americans. We're just voting for different types of corruption each time we vote.
I know conservatives here are gonna disagree with me. I know some of you are gonna vote Republican and I still respect your vote. But I don't think voting is for me anymore seeing how bad politicians on both sides are. I'm still gonna defend life from the womb, defend family values, want secure borders, and be an American patriot. But none of these parties represent me as an American Christian.
I just wanted to vent about my feelings with politics.

Hot Take ☝️ This is kind of accurate
This is kind of accurate but I feel like it's not the government's job to do this it's more so the job of a church or a charity and it shouldn't be forced upon you reason why is the government can never truly check that this person will not do something to them with whatever you give them or something like that also the church is always a more trustworthy organization and institution as you must have good morals to go to church of course also the government is always like guaranteed to be inefficient the government is guarantee therefore this will never happen it's it's not advantageous for the government to do this advantageous for them to fill their pockets so I believe that this I would love to do this personally but it's impossible to do it using your government you have to do some kind of Charity where it's optional to give or you have to do a religious authority where it may be forced to give but you kind of have a stronger guarantee that they won't miss you said funds

In all reality, it’s a great liberty that anyone gets to do this, but jeez are they annoying. Also, they were screaming about saving our democracy.
We’re not a democracy. We’re a constitution republic with SOME democratic practices.
