We see Yukiko using her Persona for the first time, against a wave of Bribed Fuzz, the enemy that would appear in the first and second floors of Kanji's dungeon in the game.

What's interesting here is that in the boss fight there's an added detail of Shadow Kanji using slimy water to hinder the party's move. And unlike the Shadow Yukiko fight in the anime, we do see Shadow Kanji's two attendants, Nice Guy and Tough Guy. We also see the effects of Roar of Wrath, the skill used by Shadow Kanji, which makes the female party members angry, but in the anime the skill isn't used by the Shadow himself, but by one of the Guys.

The other unique skill we see in the fight is Fanatical Spark, the electricity skill Shadow Kanji uses. This is probably one of the toughest skill to fight against at this point of the game since it hits all of your party members and hits for quite the amount of damage especially if Nice Guy is buffing Shadow Kanji.

After some time passed during the battle, Kanji finally regained conciousness and seeing Narukami guarding for him and also saying that the keychain he made is cute, Kanji regained his resolve and punches his own Shadow, saying "I love stupid cute shit!" to his Shadow, and would finally accept his other self and obtaining his Persona.

And oh yeah, Narukami once again uses multiple Personas beyond the usual levels that the player would reach - the first other Persona he used in this battle is Rakshasa, a level 23 Persona of the Strength arcana. The next one is Yamata-no-Orochi, a level 34 Persona of the Moon arcana he gets by doing a fusion mid-battle to counter Shadow Kanji's attacks.

Weeks passed and now Kanji finally joins the party after asking if he could help to look for who's taking him to the TV world. We also see a slight flashback two days ago, possibly about some kind of car crash?

Next episode will be about the school trip. This should be fun...
