In this headcanon universe all I can imagine is this being a scheme by Hakari. Seeing as Hahari already owns the Ohananomitsu school I could definitely see Hakari inheriting the property as her daughter when she's older. And PERSONALLY handpicking the students in Karane's class to all be C-Cup and above just to get under Karane's skin lol.
