Windows When taking power on, the keyboard and mouse cannot be controlled.
I have a problem in Windows 11 when the device is turned on and the keyboard and mouse lock interface cannot be controlled. I tried the USB 2.0 and type 3.0 ports and through the 3.0 ports distributor, not all of them worked.
I really knew that it works through the button to activate the numbers and move on the page, but it doesn't flash now, all the ports are broken

Since you've already tried USB 2.0 and 3.0, test that wired keyboard and mouse on another computer first, then try one known-working wired keyboard directly in this PC without the hub. Does it respond before Windows loads, for example in the firmware setup menu, or does it stop only at the Windows sign-in screen? Please add the PC/motherboard model; no Num Lock light by itself doesn't prove every USB port is broken, and I wouldn't reinstall Windows yet.
