News Article Official trailer for “Paging Hezbollah”, premiering Oct 30

I know I’m not the only one who was really hoping to see some Hasbara TM about this operation.

Hoping to see more content like this as everything begins to settle.

>Paging Hezbollah gives extraordinary access to Israeli security officials and casts Netanyahu as its central figure; director Justin Folk has a long conservative filmmaking record, while the production’s backers and funding remain unclear ahead of an Oct. 30 US release

>The timing could hardly be more striking. On the eve of the US premiere of the controversial Israeli documentary NAZA at the New York Film Festival, the trailer for another Israeli-focused documentary was released this week: Paging Hezbollah, a title that plays on the word “pager.”

Beautiful title.

I’m glad to see the Druze children murdered by Hesbollah aren’t forgotten/brushed over, but remembered.

Same!

It looks like it might be a little corny at times, though. I **really** hope it’s as genuinely informative as it is blatant propaganda lmfao

We never get to hear about the cool shit Mossad does, so I hope they kept it as focused as possible!!! And then the IDF can start doing documentaries about the war ASAP.

Finding, mapping and eliminating the tunnel systems could be a whole mini-series tbh

I would prefer to watch the live-action version.  “Inspired by actual events” but changed only as needed to protect security. Half war movie and half caper.

I'm sure we'll see plenty of films and series like that in the coming years.

Only at the moment, it might be more difficult finding a producer and securing funding because of the manufactured international pressure, propaganda, and fear of boycotts.

Love the outcome but when they say PR platitudes like Mossad "achieves the unachievable" I think about October 7th and how a fraction of that Mossad brain power could of been used to better protect Israeli citizens and soldiers in the south

Still blows my mind it happened and was as devastating as it was. Or rather, I’m shocked it wasn’t stopped much quicker and was able to go on for hours that day. Some people wouldn’t be dead/kidnapped if they had stopped it when they should have, obviously. This isn’t a criticism of Israel, the IDF, or a callback to conspiracy theories.

I know Noa and Avinatan were captured way after the invasion first began, and I remember reading about some captives where the dad was kidnapped and the first wave allowed the women to remain, but whoever came after them kidnapped the wife and children later.

Would this film be available in cinemas or just online? I feel like too many pro-Israeli films have been unfortunately kept from the public for whatever reasons which have really hurt Israel’s hasbara
