DISCUSSION My Situation rn

And for a fact I am not even joking. I thought DND was my fav song, I played it at least 100 in the last 8 days. Then she dropped raven sky 😮‍💨. Not complaining though.

But if i keep my recency bias aside for a moment

Still I think I like Vivarium the most, it can't be toped of so easily but I think it might be just a couple of months or weeks away if it goes on like this.

That means your friends like rock music from the early to mid 2000s before the rock industry in the US passed out took a dump on the floor and handed off the reigns of the genre. It scratches an itch alot of people have even forgotten they had.

In addition to being an excellent song in its own right, add the nostalgia factor of better days and you get a recipe for success. Such smart arrangement like that shows she is surrounded by people who get what people like and miss about good music and what resonates with the western rock fans. Stuff like this shows she and her team are taking a Grammy seriously and that means she plans to keep improving even more which is terrifying with how excellent she already is.

My personal tierlist keeps changing every week or so but her top 3 of all time will always be I'm a Controversy, Sakura Biyori and Eien no Akuruhi (not including covers)

Shi was life changing

I may already be learning Ravens Sky by accident... I havent even listened to it to many times yet but I'll probably know at least part of it by her next release

same! my original top three are Vivarium, Shoka and Dried Flowers, and although Dried Flowers is really good, Raven Sky is a strong contender for third place... idk how to feel about that lol. I'm super proud to see Ado strengthening her English skills, which is really great to hear!

It's true that nothing can dethrone Vivarium though. that is an AWESOME song.

DnD was good but I think imo Monstuo and Raven Sky were better overall. Thats the beauty of Ados music tho. She is so good that when she does a genre im not as big a fan of she does it well enough that people who have that as a preference praise it and deservedly so. Ado is a rock star that also happens to do the other genres better than most as well.

So true, we Ado fans keep winning as usual. Raven sky is the first song that made me question my top 3 of her since Vivarium (it's Backlight, Elf and Vivarium, but I really don't know now lol)
