I am guessing the white plane is an AWACS supporting Trump’s visit to Atlanta today.

Probably just training/working out of Dobbins, or maybe Robins. There’s not much reason to have an AWACS supporting POTUS movement.

Possible but there’s a large training area south of Augusta in the area between Macon, Savannah and Augusta. This was definitely not in that training area. The tankers circled from around 6 hours until Trump left from Dobbins. He left on the new plane, but the old one came down from DC circled in MidGeorgia and then flew ahead on to FL. The tanker was definitely supporting. The AWACs could have just needed some gas.
