Every CT person I’ve ever known, and I worked and went to school with people from all those stupid little Darien and new Canaan towns for a combined 10 years, the ones who are supposedly “mainly jets and giants fans”, claimed the Pats. My family in the north of CT (ew) all go pats.

Okay pal except I also lived there for years, went to school there and have family there. I know one CT native who is a pats fan and my family who is from MA originally there are pats fans. All of the other CT people I knew/know there were Jete & Giants fans along with other NY sports teams. Maybe because you were in north and I was in southwest of the state. This is a known thing that CT are sports traitors. Maybe stick to what YOU know; spicy wings, breaking tables, a QB that chokes and zero rings.

Everyone from southern ct I’ve ever met was a NY sports fan. My cousins grew up in New Haven. Our whole families from Boston so they adopted Sox, pats, Celtics, but they were the odd ones out in their classrooms growing up.

Maybe the boarding school and college crowd that become/pretend to be pats fans when they’re there. Most NE fans I knew were nothing like this though and I was stuck behind enemy lines for 5 years.
