Apache garage

If for an event one pays 15 to park upon entering the apache garage is the the qr code ticket necessary? It's confusing because it says pay upon exit or scan but we paid upon entering.

I'd think the exit gate would be up for your case.

Gate will be up through the duration of the event and for a bit after to allow you to exit
