Going on my fourth run of the game right now and I'm looking for suggestions on Base Locations.

In my previous runs I've set up in the Office Cafeteria (Way too good a location to be honest and hard not to use it again long term), the Office Sector Security Room (The one with the shutters you can close to lock the area down), and on top of the vents in the second floor office cubicles- Which turned out to result in way too many broken legs so I just went down and took over the cubicles.

Right now I'm in a temp base in the gym but to be honest I'm not digging it at the moment.

Anyone got any suggestions for new Base Locations? And please, add images so I (Or anyone else looking for ideas) don't get lost. Office Sector or Manufacturing is preferred since I won't have AS much to pack up and move, but I'm open to other locations.

1. For the 20 perk in fortitude, the 1 HP per second, is that to just a random limb? It feels like it did nothing, at first but seems to be more noticeable as I heal?
2. In Cloud reactor, are all those green pools suppose to be a hazard? I can literally stand/walk swim in them and seem to take no radiation? Is my world bugged or that normal?

Estoy pillado si alguien me ayuda se lo agradecería un montón. Me esta encantando el juego pero me pillo alguna vez q otra tanto q me mareo de dar vueltas la verdad.

Estoy en las habitaciones, y llego al distrito comercial en el que me tengo que ir metiendo en unos portales para ir al futuro/presente, llegue arriba del todo y hay un portal q no puedo entrar ya que las puertas estan cerradas y no encuentro un portal cerca para el futuro para q estén abiertas supongo?!. En fin espero encontrar lo que tengo que hacer creo que ya no me quiero queda mucho para acabarlo. Gracias a todos, cualquier ayuda es bienvenida

me and a friend are on an abiotic factor run for more than a year, we just got done with the sundisk and we're about to hit residences, during the 60+ hours of playing neither of us has droped an sniper rifle, we have a decent stack of .308 ammo, is that common? is there good spot for us to farm for sniper rifles? i have a theory that our game save is bugged and we won't see a sniper rifle ever.

I can't craft most things. Whenever I try to craft something like the Scrapshot Ammo, it just says at the top, "DEV: Failed to find crafting items". Any idea what's going on? I can provide more info if necessary

The snap to grid feature is amazing don't get me wrong here, however there are many times where my walls decide to snap to a different grid than the one I originally started with. It would be nice if there was only one grid throughout the whole facility to snap to and the ability to snap other furniture or base buildings to the grid would be nice as well. This would make base building even cleaner.

(32M) Hoping to just have people to populate the game. Like just bump into each other doing random stuff, not really trying to socialize or bug anyone (unless you want to 👉👈👀)

I've completed the story, waiting on the upcoming updates. I love AF.

Photo mode need

I've just got to hydroplant been running a mix of sniper arms helmet from big monster at the end of labs and maestro cheat and legs (just upgraded it to shifu) and I just want to know what good combos are there for armors in anybody's opinions. Maybe trinkets too if there are any besides maestro and fog lantern

Is there any point to the pool room besides the achievement for leaving it? Doesn’t seem like there’s many resources or anything

So after finishing Valheim with a couple of friends (still two biomes left to handle), I intend to gift them this Christmas the game as we often play survival games or cooperatives games.

I played through just the beginning of the game alone (like 2 or 3 hours) and while I quite enjoy it, I'm afraid the beginning seems quite slow / tedious (and from what I read on other posts seems to be a early game issue but once you unlock new areas etc it gets much better).

As we don't really play long sessions and sporadically (at most 2h once or twice a week maybe one longer on the weekend, sometimes not even one session a week, hard when people gets more responsibilities...). I'm afraid the first couple sessions might leave a bad taste and not encourage them to give it a better shot to be honest. Valheim and other survival games start quite strong in that regard (Return to Moria, Enshrouded, Grounded...) but Abiotic Factor is a bit overwhelming at the start and "slow".

What do you guys think? Is there an approach to make it "better", maybe server settings/tweak...?

I want to have a Pest that hops back on my hand right after throwing it! Just have it be an upgrade to existing Pests.

I am tired of having to manually pick up pests to throw again especially since they just keep attacking on their own.

Once you get to reactors you can add Pest(Quantum) that makes if teleport back on your hand like the quantum pickaxe
