Yea this is borderline child abuse unless he has a pre existing condition. Being this overweight this young is going to cause a ton of issues as he grows up.

Piercing toddler ears is the norm for baby girls in large swathes of the world. My problem is with the braids. From what I've been told, it hurts like hell for black people to braid their hair

It depends on the kind of braids, honestly. These braids look looser and like they don’t have extensions, so hopefully they’re not causing that little girl pain.
