Identification What are the knobs for?

I got an accordion as a gift but it comes with these knobs and I’m unsure of what they do. It’s a 34 button accordion on the side of the buttons, if it helps

They are small screws used to take off the front grill. Usually if you want to record a song you get a cleaner sound by taking the grill off. But other than that you don’t have to worry about it.

When removed you can remove the front grill, revealing the pistons inside.
