I was scrolling through the archives as one does and came across the comic where Philippe is running for president and lists out his platform ideas, and one of them is to have a meeting with the president of Mexico. I could've sworn there was a followup where Philippe goes into detail about how he doesn't want to serve tacos because the president would've already eaten some on the plane, and that he should wipe his feet because the plane's floor would be covered in dirt. Does that comic just happen much later in the archives than I remember? I know Onstad sometimes drops and revisits storylines at a way later date

Philippe is five. Lyle is 45 I guess. Cornelius is pushing 60. Beef/Ray/Teodor/Pat... kind of floating in some arrested state between late 20s and early 40s. But who isn't

I'm trying to locate a strip but to no avail. It had Philippe remembering a story about a relative who fell into barbed wire or similar, and he comes to the depressing realisation that "in this life, we are all guaranteed at least one agonising experience" or something along those lines. I've tried all the text prompts I can think of but no luck - does anyone recall it?

Back when I was working at CBR (before the website was sold to Valnet and ruined), we would have creators come into the office for on-camera interviews. One thing we would have them do is sign it an autograph or draw sketch on a canvas for one of our walls that was designed to look like an oversized comic book page. Chris went above and beyond with his sketch, filling an entire panel.
Years later, after the Valnet sale, I was gifted several of the panels by one of my new supervisors, including this one.

I haven't been able to access achewood.com through either chrome or firefox for a while now. It just gives a vague error message in both. On safari on iphone it works just fine. Anyone know about this or is there some sort of workaround?

Ray tries out smoking jackets, Téodor loses the weight, Philippe does Europe, Beef hits the sauce. https://achewood.com/2007/10/02/title.html

Philippe would've loved Jeremy Renner Official, unless he didn't like Jeremy Renner. I could see him having reasons.

Since we have so many new Reddichos (I simply must find a better term) in the Patreon, I wanted to make sure everybody knows that for the first hour or so after the Friday strip goes up, I'm in the comments hammin' with y'all. Come in and yam, ham, or jam! It's breakfast time and we still blowin' steam off the potatoes. Today's strip: https://www.patreon.com/Achewood/posts/0191-at-sixes-166636329 yes that is Jeff Bezos, who is being challenged by Philippe.
