[Skin Concern] Atrophic Scarring Recommandation ?
Hi I was wondering what kind of procedure would give me the best results for these scars ? My options are quite limited and I’m quite scared of making them worse than they are. When I wakeup in the morning they’re all almost flat but through the day they get more noticeable.

They are less noticeable in the morning because we tend to retain water until we are awake and active. This is another reason why people always say we should drink plenty of water.
You will get many suggestions here for ways to improve your scars and there are many ways. Always best to go to a board certified dermatologist who specializes in acne scars. I think among some of the things they will suggest is TCA Cross for some scars and then TCA (up to 30%) overall. Note there is a difference between the TCA Cross technique and just a TCA peel. I think that darker colored one should be checked out to make sure nothing more than a scar is happening.

Tret helps some people but generally not deep scaring. I do tret every evening but it is limited in what it can do.

maybe microneedling would be a better starting option than cross? or full face TCA and lasers?
cross has some risks to it

Parece muito oleosa. Passe argila 3 vezes por semana pra controlar a oleosidade.

I would prioritize focal Er:YAG laser edge blending for the sharply bordered cheek pits. If the floors are tethered, I would combine selective subcision with suitable HA filler or PDLLA (Juvelook) support for a remaining volume deficit, rather than try to solve those floors with laser alone.
Your photos show rounded, clearly edged depressions mixed with narrower openings. The practical plan is to identify the scars bothering you most, release any confirmed anchors, provide support where genuinely needed, and soften their abrupt rims. These components can be coordinated or staged according to your skin and the chosen product; none should be added without its own target.
For a true narrow, deep icepick tract, focal TCA CROSS is the more specific alternative. I would not apply it across every pore or wider pit.
With limited options and concern about worsening, begin with selected priority scars and judge healing before expanding the area. Morning flattening does not establish tethering or fluid retention; compare the same relaxed expression and lighting to identify persistent contour changes.
I would check ongoing acne, previous treatments and pigment reactions before starting, then review after swelling settles and over subsequent months. Laser/CROSS can cause pigment changes or new scars. Injections carry rare vascular risks, including skin necrosis or vision loss; PDLLA can form delayed nodules and is not dissolved like HA. The goal is softer edges and shallower depressions, not guaranteed complete restoration.
