There is a broken piece inside the upper torso too. I think I need to open it but idk if there is a way without damaging it

Mayhaps but its a whole thing, first youll need to crack the torso along the seam lines, recover the peg piece and drill a hole through both the peg and the base, put a brass rod or nail through them and super glue it back together, then put the torso back together.

This doesnt look crackable, i mean the upper part
