African Discussion 🎙️ Is it really possible to prevent these ebola outbreaks in Congo?

Recently i was reading a few articles on ebola in Congo, and wonder if outbreaks are gonna continue to re-occur, Congo has a large forest, and there is a lot of human/animal contact, added to that conflicts, lack of state resources.

What do u guys think?
