Can anyone help me out before I just resort to getting a new motor? Motor spends freely, new capacitors that tested good, pressure switch looks fine (no burn marks or anything. I’m stumped, would appreciate any help I can get. Century 7-177849-20 115/230v 19.0/9.5 Amp

Are you positive the voltage is correct? Caps are wired correct pull the back of the motor off and check the centrifugal switch. Make sure the contacts are not welded together.

Seems like an open start winding. I would test the winding for short to ground or open.

Spin the motor, if it starts then its a cap or centerfugial switch
