I like the red and white one way better than the one we are getting right now, my biggest gripe about it is that why did they not give us a option to at least remove the cap? It may just be me, but I'm not a fan of that cap in game, and how it looks. I'd rather just see her without it, and whenever she goes shrouded, she puts it on. But It is what it is now I guess unless enough people call out riot to make it an option lmao

What do yall think? I personally love it, it's a mythic variant skin of her upcoming TD Legendary btw! Creds. Summoners Rift!

I posted here a year ago about how much i like akali so i thought i would update you all about how its going.

since then ive gotten into a great relationship. I could not find anyone better, there is one issue though.

she genuinely whole heartedly dislikes how much i like akali. i used to follow a bunch of akali cosplayers and artists and she made me unfollow all of them. i told her ive been buying every akali skin and she had a fight with me about how its a waste of my money (it is MY money...).

this all was fine and easy to deal with, i figured it was just an overly possessive girlfriend and i cant complain about that at all ! until a week ago.

we were doing something together and i accidentally said akali's name instead of hers. the worst part is, she thinks i said "kylie" and has been distancing from me and refusing to talk to me or hear me out ever since.

if i told her i actually said akali's name her reaction might be even worse.

what do i do

I think the new kda skin is her best one yet just purely focusing on the skin. Hear me out, while the animations are abit lackluster compared to true damage, the reason i think the new one is the best is because of the wings that briefly appear on q and the little fireworks that appear after walking out of passive ring. Considering akali is a champ where you will be proccing the passive and pressing Q in rapid succession am i crazy to think that the small flairs of the q wings and passive ring fireworks makes the skin look really smooth to play?

So if I were to skip this skin, how long would it take before its on the Sanctum again?

Crazy how Riot makes sure that the more expensive the skin, the less effort has to be put into it.

1. release a Skin line that is popular to the player base and ppl would buy them

2.proceed to separate skins from pc and mobile, what’s up with this obsession with exclusivity???? it’s not like pc players are going to migrate to mobile and play on a smaller screen??

1. Make another mythic variant skin that they know ppl dislike

what pisses me off the most is that they put skins separately like why in the world would you do that, I know u want to attract player from different client but damn this is infuriating.

But in the end, the fact they are doing these means that the benefit is greater.

I need help with overcoming stage 4 issues and low elo climbing. Op.gg pictured here for reference.

I've played this game for 3 years and steadily climbed from iron 4 to silver 1. I did a few months of mid lane academy, did separate coaching with Shok, and regularly watch Akali educational vods (Doxa, challenger Akali guides, etc).

I'm a streaky player and regularly go on win and loss streaks. But recently I just randomly dropped from silver to iron 1. In the span of 2 weeks. Just block after block of incredibly hard and unwinnable (from my perspective) games. Which surely can't be normal.

What is happening? I know I'm a low elo player, but you can see my stats relative to the lobbies I'm in. I've improved a lot since I was down in bronze. And I have a lot of good games where I lead the lobby in farm kills, etc. I hit iron 4 today and feel like I've finally hit the bottom of the loss streak. But now I'm laning against people who literally can't control their champion. I shouldn't be here. But like 2 blocks ago, I was getting stomped by players who played at a way higher level than me. Loser's queue, forced mmr/LP alignment, etc type narratives keep running through my head, but I'm trying to step back and take accountability and focus on what I can control.

I reached out to Curtis and he just told me to sign back up for the mla. I don't know where else to go for help. The MLA answer for low elo Akali players is "play Naafiri". I hope someone understands what I'm experiencing and can give me some guidance. (Keep your "wow you've been playing for 3 years in low elo, you are bad" comments to yourself please. I'm trying to improve and have actually climbed from iron 4 to silver 1).
