The issue with this one is how few options there are, owing to USLS being a new league.
But if you must, Carolina Ascent.

Rules:
Judges are based on their history in that specific league. Accomplishments in other leagues shouldn't determine their placement within their current one.
One club per space. Each space will have one winner, decided by community voting.
Clubs can win multiple categories. A club can be Best Club and Best Crest, for example. Clubs that have played in multiple leagues can also appear in multiple rows.
Vote based on the category, not just popularity. Best Club should focus on success and legacy, while Worst Club should focus on sporting performance and organizational history rather than being disliked; that is what most hated is for.
Keep it civil. Friendly banter and disagreements are encouraged, but personal attacks, harassment, and discriminatory comments aren't.

*Best Club*
Carolina Ascent FC
They are the only club thus far throught the 2.5 seasons that has consistently remained competative, and despite only have 1 trophy to Lexington's 2, as an LSC fan myself, the inaugural season hurts us when it comes to all time talk at the moment.

Carolina Ascent, I suppose. This is a very young league, so it is hard to tell. However, the ascent won the shield their first year and were champion runners-up the second year.

I think I have to go with Carolina Ascent.
Feels like this should've waited till after the season. At this this choice for "best" club could've been made a bit easier.
Clubs listed in my order from worst to best.
Definitely NOT Tier
- Spokane Zephyr - Folded.
- Brooklyn FC and DC Power - The only two, active, clubs without a playoff berth and two of the lowest total points and PPG in USLS.
NOT Tier
- Fort Lauderdale United - A championship game appearance in S1, wooden spoon in S2, and the possibility of wooden spoons in S2.5. Currently the WORST Total PPG in the league.
- Sporting JAX - The best PPG in the league, made playoffs S2, and is looking solid to make playoffs S2.5. Problem is they only have a bit over half the number of games as everyone else due to joining for S2.
- Dallas Trinity - One of two clubs with multiple playoffs appearances and the third best PPG. Problem is the other club with two playoff apps are Ascent; who have a better PPG, total points, trophy cabinet, and playoff record.
Contenders Tier
- Tampa Bay Sun - One of two clubs with a league championship. Also one of the better PPGs in the league. Problem is that they missed playoffs S2 and are on the outside looking in for S2.5.
- Lexington SC - Only clubs with both a league shield and championship. Problem is that is sandwiched between a definitive Wooden Spoon in S1, meaning they've already completed the USLS trophy cabinet in only 2 seasons, and a potential missing playoffs in season 2.5.
- Carolina Ascent - The other club with multiple playoffs berths, and with a better PPG and playoff record as the Trinity AND the Shield in S1. They also have the highest total points tally in USLS. Main thing holding them back from being the only choice is a the playoff trophy. Feels a bit weird, imo, to give the title of best to a team that hasn't actually won the league title before.
