The judge is filing charges under a law that was repealed because it was unconstitutional.

We need more anti corruption laws! Every state needs anti corruptions laws and we need federal anti corruptions laws. This shouldn't be a partisan issue. Don't let any body divide you on it. We the people benefit by stronger toothier non-partisan anticorruption laws.
