Fuck me. I park like that guy in the second half all the time when I drive around for work. It's perfectly legal and the cop is trying to claim it's suspicious. We need to get cops away from this idea that they have to investigate EVERYTHING all the time. If they show up and they don't see anything that obviously screams a crime is happening, bugger off.
