The main purpose of pre-cum is to neutralise the acidity within the urethra(so the sperm doesn’t breakdown before leaving the body), any lubricating effects are secondary.

I decided to do some research on this, turns out there are very few studies about this, but it is very likely that you do produce some precum, it's just so little you don't notice, as the deviation of how much man produces is very high, with some producing a amount so large that it becomes a problem and some (presumably like you) having so little they report they have none. Another note worthy thing is that beyond just amount there is wether or not it even reaches the tip, this is a combination (a cumbination if you will) of multiple things mainly how quickly you cum, how much you produce, and how long the shaft is. I don't have a good conclusion to this other then you most likely dont have a super rare case of actually producing none

The closest things outside of that is either just lube or an excessive amount of digestive mucus/other mucus that has traveled to the intestines (such as with severe postnasal)

Best I can tell, when you are under some threshold for how many subreddits you're in, Reddit will suggest random subreddits to you but taking posts from them and putting them in your feed. That's just a guess, as I've been a part of a ton of subs for years now and have never once had a random post from a sub I'm not even in enter my home feed.
