I can’t listen “On the square”

This album came out like a week ago and out of nowhere, half the songs I've added don't wanna work anymore. I've gotten this annoying message for years on unofficial song files I've merged into my iCloud Library even tho I'm in Canada and I've never moved countries, but for this to start happening to stream files?? WHY.

Why can I no longer play these songs? I had the physical copy and iTunes match is supposed to take account for this. I own the music, and Apple was just hosting it for me.

The particular album has just turned 20 years old and the band hasn't existed in nearly as long. It shouldn't matter though.

What do they mean here? Isn't it already high-res? Is only 24bit/96khz high res? 🤔

Update: Apparently that particular track husn - anuv jain on both ios and android devices it's on lossless

But in my mac it works on high res lossless the same track

I've enabled high-res lossless on all ny devices and have changed the output to max settings (on all platform like we do in MIDI on macbooks)

Not sure on why apple has it this way, if someone knows the actual reason do let me know

Hey y'all! I just launched some new updates for EverySound, I thought I'd share what's new! For anyone new, EverySound's map mode is basically Every Noise at Once, but iOS-native, with full Apple Music integration and other quality-of-life features. It's a map of 6,000+ genres that you can pinch, zoom, and tap around, and it includes over 1,000,000 tracks!

I've recently added even more discovery features to the Time Travel section of the app, which now includes year-by-year browsing (going as far back as 1940) with Top 100 Singles, Top Albums, and a completely new section called Crate mode.

Crate mode was built to evoke the feeling of browsing a record store and digging through crates of unfamiliar records spanning eras, genres, and styles. For example, you can filter for only Funk/Soul albums released between 1965 and 1985, then browse within that set. The selection is randomized, so you'll always end up finding something you've never seen or listened to before! Each album in Crate mode is backed by a physical vinyl release and includes a link to its respective Discogs page. And as with the app's existing functionality, if you're already an Apple Music subscriber, you can listen to full tracks from the albums you discover right inside EverySound!

Both the phone’s and the app’s language is Korean. Is this a bug?

It won’t let me download these songs but let’s me play them from the artists page. But when I download it splits the album & does this. Is this happening to anyone else?

Thanks to using a third-party app, I can finally see how many songs are in my library. I switched over from Spotify, so this is over 10+ years of listening to music. I’m very picky as to what I put in my collection, if you couldn’t tell. Lol.

I've only just discovered the bug in the latest update that means that my phone and tablet play counts haven't been syncing properly, so I've lost about 3 months worth of metadata. Is there any way to get this back? Is it stored in my phone? I've accessed my replay and I can possibly manually update the play counts for my top 30 played songs per month, is there a way I can see a longer replay list?

I've seen people say swapping my app to an older version allows the syncing the work again, but I don't want to do that until I know for sure I'm not missing out on downloading local data. Also I'm assuming that that only allows it to work again, it doesn't get your lost metadata back?

Hate that this update was released with such a bug.. I've used itunes and then apple music for 18 years, and the main reason is never switched to spotify is cos I love the metadata!

For info, I have a Samsung galaxy phone and tablet, both using the 6.5.3 app version. I also have a Lenovo laptop.

Why is Apple Music SO BAD at understanding musical style when creating a radio station based on a single song? It’s frustrating and makes me want to stop using the service.
Here’s an example: I ask it to create a radio station based on “Tiny Dancer” by Elton John. And Apple Music’s so-called supreme intelligence comes up with this sequence: “Under Pressure” (Queen), “New Rules” (Dua Lipa), “Perfect” (Ed Sheeran), “Your Song” (Elton John), “Smooth Criminal” (MJ)…

WHAT THE %#^*+= IS THE LOGIC BEHIND THIS SEQUENCE? And why does this keep happening? How can this experience be improved? My experience with Apple Music has been very frustrating!!!! It’s always like this!

Lately, I’ve been absolutely fed up with Apple Music because of how TERRIBLE the user experience has become!

I got tired of the Apple Music app layout, design, and overall app navigation. With help from both Opus 5.5 and Astra & Sol I've got a working version of a new macOS native music app.

The application has stopped working on Windows 11 since yesterday. The web version works fine. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it from the Microsoft Store, but the problem persists. I’ve also tested it using a VPN and different internet connections, yet the issue remains. Does anyone have any ideas?

No sé si solo me pasa a mí, pero estaba creando una lista de reproducción y la aplicación se me cerró dos veces seguidas. Cuando volví a abrirla, hice clic en una canción y, en lugar de reproducirla, sonó una canción de Taylor Swift de su nuevo álbum. Nunca la había buscado, visto, hecho clic accidentalmente ni siquiera la había escuchado. Y lo más raro es que, de repente, al revisar el historial, me apareció que había escuchado el álbum completo como tres veces y que había añadido sus canciones a la cola para reproducirlas después. ¿Es esto un bot de streaming o algo así? No sé, siempre pensé que solo usaban cuentas falsas, no cuentas reales hackeadas.

Edit: if this is happening to you I cleared all my app tabs and reset my phone and it stopped doing it if u try just clearing Apple Music it didn’t work for me at least. I have another sr of when I was trying to fix it of it happening when I click diff songs as well but I don’t think I can add a different video once I’ve posted and cba to make another post now since the issue is fixed. Also I was trying to make a playlist for my bf over FaceTime and stuff kept coming up about joining a jam but he was using Spotify so idk if the app was tweaking because of that maybe cus it also kept crashing every time I’d click play last

I'm on windows. The app was acting buggy so I reinstalled and when it came time to sign in, this error keeps popping up. I literally tried all the solutions I could find on the internet and nothing worked.
