Troubleshooting Mini fridge sounds?

I just purchased this mini fridge yesterday and noticed that whenever the compressor turns on, it makes this somewhat rhythmic, crackly, flowing sound. When the compressor is off, the fridge is dead silent. This is my first mini fridge so I’m not sure if this falls under normal operation sounds or if there’s something else going on.

For reference, the fridge is the Insignia 3.1 cu ft. Two Door Compact Refrigerator from Best Buy

That's the capillary tube. Tiny tube that splits the high pressure and low pressure side of the heat pump. Totally normal. Once the fridge shuts off, you'll continue to hear it for a few more seconds but it will slowly fade, as the pressure between the two sides equalizes.

Is there any way to decrease or dampen this noise? This fridge sits in my bedroom and it’s a bit distracting at night when everything else is off.
