Is that the wrong video? You showed 99% not the boot. It looks disconnected, but I'm assuming you took it off with the panel for some reason?

As for the tilt, they generally are tilted just slightly backwards. You could check the shocks underneath by looking through the rear panel, 4 screws. If all are connected and undamaged, it's likely fine.

If there's no rips or tears in the door boot, it's likely fine. The easiest way to see them is to have them fully installed, then check for rips, or major bending along the very outside where it would touch your door glass. Any bending bigger than an inch likely means replacement. Any tips should be obvious as you stretch the boot around when it's installed. I'll see if I can attach a pic.

They stretch quite a lot, and are intended to be probably 75% extended when fully attached. This allows for just a couple inches of leeway while the wash tub moves around in a wash cycle.

Hmm. It does almost look like the tub is too close to the front. Was it like that before you took anything apart? Take the back panel, 4 screws off and check the shocks underneath. There should be 3 or 4 of them holding the tub in a relatively steady place from below.

Tldr if it was like that before you took anything apart, the door boot is not supposed to be scrunched, and should be mostly extended with some leeway. Check the shocks for sure.

We can barely see the rubber boot in the video, did you check for hole in it?

The tub is supposed to be tilted back at the angle.

You should be inspecting the underside of the washer with a flashlight to see where the water is coming from

Looking at the comments section ... yes the upper left spring came off which is why the boot looks "squished".

But the bigger problem is the shorting/smoking board ... you cannot use it now as it has become a fire risk ...

If you don't trust yourself to repair the machine by yourself then either call and engineer or buy a new one, personally I'd just buy a new one now as you may have accidentally caused a domino effect of faults

The whole boot was discombobulated

It looks like the left side tub spring broke and the tub fell. You would probably just need a new spring unless anything else broke.
