I'm genuinely trying not to spoil it for anyone who hasn't read the book yet. But with that being said the article calls the team Justice League Avatars while Maxine calls it Assembly of Avatars.

lol I believe he’s saying do you like Arthur with the league or with the Assembly of Avatars from the latest issue.

I hope the team avatar teamups continue.

I’m assuming they delayed the book because they want it to line up with something, but due to piracy it was probably a bad business decision. This could have potentially been an annual. Seems like we haven’t gotten one of those.

I went ahead and read it because I didn’t want to be spoiled 😭 after seeing so many people posting on it.

Really enjoyed the teamup with the other Avatars this is honestly, probably the biggest aspect of the role I was hoping for all pretty much handled within this one issue. Was the lore growth of it.

Hanging out on a foreign world, watching each other’s backs while fighting with the forces of nature.

I loved the addition of one of the Lords being used.

It was subtle all around but it was extremely good lore building. Im debating if it makes sense to drop my thoughts on it due to the release being pushed back. I might just wait to the actual release date.

At the risk of being verbally flogged by some, I'd wait, this is Reddit.. Not Quora. But I did the same and read it early and was impressed and hoping that the reports of the title ending is just a switch of creative teams as the Avatars take over a form a new team.

I’m thinking about making a blog on my hopes for the AquaFam, The potential of The Parliaments lore within the Aquaman mythos and my hope for future runs.

Debating if it should be all in one blog or not. Kind of have a draft holding that back as well lol.

Overall really exciting stuff and it’s cool to see stuff like the Arion lore make a stronger appearance with a Lord of Chaos showing up, The Zodiac Crystals which I was extremely hyped about, and the mentioning of other Avatars good and bad. Extremely exciting stuff.

Agreed. Chaotix bringing the reality of others makes it very exciting because ultimately this is what I've been wanting for Aquaman ever since he became Avatar.

A team of avatars would be absolutely amazing the depth and wording building would be a great addition to all of their lores and the potential threats they’d face would be insane!

Landon it seems like it's being set up for that and hopefully it's not just a team put together for the Absolute Crisis, but one that builds and grows into a real team.

I absolutely agree that the potential threats can be the hook for this being a great team because they'll go beyond the usual suspects of legion of doom Villians as we will hopefully see some new threats like Chaotix as well as other Avatars brought in. The way that the Fury of Firestorm is playing out adding him as a Avatar can't hurt but with the power these characters bring it will definitely make writers dig deep for villains to go against them.
