So... First of all I'm f2p besides the no-adds pack and I have no intentions of spending more money.

So today I achieved my third etched rune. I have obtained almost every piece of gear to mythic and I'm only grinding for godforged cores.

Is that all for this game? I now see every further achievement so far that I don't feel the motivation to keep playing... Is there anything else or continuing f2p is just a waste of time (as if the game itself is not a waste of time)

I’m f2p too after this I started focusing on getting a nice epic character too max and getting my first mythic rune to unlock twinborn runes. Also save dice for 400k roll to get legendary characters.

Unlocked Twinborn Runes with Pulsing Orb. Need to get Orbital Orb to Mythic so that I’ll have two matching runes to fuse.

Did learn what the big draw with the island event is, and I’m saving dice for when I want to start working on leveling Thor and Wu Kong. But for now Fishing is eating all my gems so I’m not in a hurry.

You can fuse them even if they don't match and then re-fuse later when you can upgrade pulsing orb.

Currently I cannot twinfuse anything. The menu opens but no runes show. Have assumed that was due to only having a single Mythic Rune.

You only need a single mythic to fuse together any rune. You can fuse 2 legendary runes together if you wanted

Ah, I see. Was thrown off by how the Twin Rune workshop interface is setup. Thank you. Looks like only Legendary +2 runes count. Anything Legend +1 does not show as a valid Target. I suspect that most people going a more traditional leveling path would have gotten all their non Etched runes to Legendary +2 or better before reaching Mythic.

Once you get orbital orb to legendary 2 it will let you. It's pretty spendy once you get it and most likely won't be able to until you get more runes to mythic for fodder. Your not going to want to break down etched runes to get the materials.

Was trying to google how to get Runic Remnants. All the results are basic rune information. AI results claims there is no mechanic called “Runic Extraction” in Archero 2. I’m guessing after I get a rune to mythic then any subsequent rune of the same type can be broken down. Similar to how excess Character Shards can be turned into character Shadows.

You unlocked your third Etched Slot but only have basic Legendary. Maybe use the fishing events to get stronger runes in those slots? That has been my driving focus.

Not even close. Rn you focus on getting better characters and filling up ur artifacts. The runes come passively, and the etched runes are still important to upgrade through mythic
