I was about to link that exact sub!
I also just discovered that solarpunk is a thing, and this picture has a solarpunk vibe! (It's like steampunk, but with renewable energy and plants instead of steam!)

That's awesome! I didn't know about it either, but I love it!

I was waiting for her or the sloth to start tapping their foot or something

Did someone mention sloths? Here's a random fact!

The sloths internal organs are fixed to their ribcage. This prevents their lungs from being compressed while hanging upside down!

Thank you for this interesting fact about sloths

Did someone mention sloths? Here's a random fact!

To help conserve energy, sloths internally body temperature is only 30 - 34 Celsius. It can drop even lower while they sleep.

I really love this piece! It kind of reminds me of Pokémon for some reason. Swap that cute little sloth for some grass or big type Pokémon and it’ll kind of look like she’s a grass/bug trainer. Idk. Just some thoughts.

Is she a sloth fashion streamer?

Did someone mention sloths? Here's a random fact!

The sloth can tolerate the largest change in body temperature of any mammal, from 74 to 92 Fahrenheit!

Edit: I’m slightly disappointed but still satisfied from earlier.

This type of work, and I’ve seen several not just in this sub, seem to have an element of clutter. Is it just me?

1

u/UnicornSlayer5000 Jan 31 '19

Definitely clutter.

Love this, especially the French horn!

Check it out. It's ToasterWoman and Crendor.

3

u/BerriesLafontaine Jan 31 '19

I want to steal her fuzzy high slippers.

3

u/Saculs78 Jan 31 '19

Looks nice but something feels off about the legs, the length and proportions.

u/sugar-biscuits Jan 31 '19

The next pokemon gym leader

2

u/Jahksen Jan 31 '19

It's the plants that make it so fucking nice. I NEED more plants in my house. Tomorrow I shall get some.

Looks like the type of picture I like to see in a loop while listening to Lo-fi. :)

This is making me really happy.

1

u/deceitfulsymmetry Jan 31 '19

this is awesome!!! any idea what kind of digital software this is done on? if it's perhaps photoshop what are the brushes?? the coloring looks so damn neat !!!!

1

u/ManlySyrup Jan 31 '19

Why is the color of the font in the comments so damn white? I can barely read anything.

1

u/ZeroCiipheR Jan 31 '19

It's a glitch. Sometimes its readable sometimes it isnt.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 31 '19

You could change that sloth to a Slakoth and it would look like official Pokemon artwork.

1

u/Moosifer26 Jan 31 '19

Omg this is my dream. I love it!

1

u/AllHailTheWinslow Jan 31 '19

This such a happy little scene! Wallpapered!

1

u/[deleted] Jan 31 '19

If someone kicks over that horn it will make a clangy bang and that's no bueno

1

u/IgotJinxed Happy accidents Jan 31 '19

I like the amount of green in this

1

u/mtvcribz1210 Jan 31 '19

This looks like Lyn just discovered what the world is like when you don’t have to fight dragons
