‎Critique - Yes Drawover First time rendering?

Hi y’all. Im an artist that has only does mostly unfinished sketches and works too long on linework (including examples) because ive always been uninterested with colors and love line art. Im finally getting out of my bubble snd want to start actually improving with directed effort
today is my first time trying to render / paint in procreate (first image), man it’s tough trying to work past the ugly phase. It took me so long to even get it to this point. Any tips, videos that you’d recommend, etc? Or just general tips for my art. This is my first time sharing online, and so I’m very blind when it comes to my own art.
