Young ones? They were always fit. After a certain age, especially after they get married and start having children, they get "pregnant" with their wives but, the food baby remains there after 9 months. I have photos of couples that look exactly like this, but I cannot post them here.
i find this interesting because down here in macedonia i have seen a couple different than the stereotype only like once, it's almost always the gaser x bratz doll combination.

Uf. Debatable. Are you in your early 20s? Then yes, they are young and the mere fact they do not wear sweatpants all the time gets the job done. They are not "more groomed" at all, though.
Masculine they are not, they are very twinky. When they speak, when they dance, walk. It gets more obvious when they get older. The baby face is still acceptable during early youth, the twink part really sets in once they start to age, but they have this baby, feminine face.
I feel like that's a common look anywhere north of Serbia lol. They tend to have smoother and younger looking faces on average. I think Serbian men age terribly, even women once they reach their mid 30s or even early 30s in some cases.
I think you missed the point. The aging of European type of skin is the same in all countries.
The faces are not smoother and younger. Look at this guy in the photo, wrinkly and balding. But he does not have a masculine face. He has a baby/feminine button nose. Baby face is attractive on men only when they are very young. When men like these age, they do not look like men, but grandmas. Like Paul McCartney.

And they do not look musty, unless they are at work doing some physical job. Let me guess, these physical workers, probably construction, are the only Serbian men you've seen? Serbia is the Mississippi of Europe. The majority of their men believe in conspiracy theories, smoke a lot, drink a lot and eat a bunch of fast food. Serbia may be famous for its athletes, but the majority of their every-day men look nothing like them.
Okay Slovenian or other European men might not have smoother faces when old, but they do in their prime which matters the most. I think this "masculine face" discussion is just cope to hide behind grumpy and conventionally unattractive features. Since men like those never were able to reach such levels of attractiveness, obviously they will age better in comparison since they couldn't fall down much in the first place when talking about scale. Older women love that look a lot, but at that point does that really matter? I've been all over Europe. The most attractive people are Germanics

There are very handsome Slovenians as well, obviously I am generalizing. And there is also a large number of mixed kids that you don't even know are mixed and their names are also very inconspicuous half of the time.

It depends of the person, but most of the time women look like dolls and try their best to dress up as princesses while the guys are wearing casual outfits, regardless of the situation and place and they are either fit or otherwise plump. No in between.
Balkan people can be a unit of a man, but ones i met were tall and sturdy not really fat. A lot of girls tend to look small around them. Ugly not really, same share of ugly as any nation except Britain :p
