What is a quiet realization you had about your life when you hit your forties or fifties that nobody talks about in your twenties?

That hits right at the core of what traps so many people. Pouring every ounce of your twenties and thirties into one specific target and feeling like the rug gets pulled out when forty hits is a brutal weight to carry. But your life does not end there, even when it feels like the finish line moved. Once you let go of that rigid timeline, you realize there is still plenty of room to redefine what matters.
