I admire strong looking women. I admire when they have muscular arms, legs, backs, etc. I remember being at the gym and I happened to be behind a woman who was on the stairmaster who had that very defined line down the middle of her back due to a posterior chain musculature. I strived to achieve it because it just made her look so strong. She is the reason that I started doing the stairmaster and focusing more on my back in my lifts, and now I have the look (and the strength), too!

Definitely also if they can run a 7min mile, do unassisted dips/pull ups, leg press 400lbs, bench 40% more than their bodyweight.. and simlar or other impressive athletic feats.

In other women I most admire physical strength and agility; and I don't mean being big and beefy. I'm thinking of dancers, gymnasts, and general athletic ability. I also knew a violinist and was always impressed by her strength and agility, the way her hands moved was hypnotizing and I was always impressed by how much control it took.
