Kitten on peachtree

On peachtree next to sugar factory, if you see a guy with a kitten in a basket that is very tiny. Could you guys let me know or please take the kitten if you can I think the guy is homeless and or on drugs and it’s a kitten he found in Florida and almost led it wander into the streets. I cannot take it home because I have two resident cats, but could someone find the good in their heart and pleased take it home and contact emergency services. You are looking for a kitten in a bread basket that is blackish please try.

Sorry i know two cats is in a lot. I’m sorry I didn’t elaborate, but in the building we live in you can only have two animals.
