This guy could use some help
If there’s anyone qualified to deal with something like this (I’m not) this little fella was spotted at Amy’s on burnet. It seemed like he wanted the help but I didn’t know how to help him. Looks like some sort of needle catheter. Reminds me of the kind of needled used for a needle chest decompression or something.

Unfortunately I’m not there anymore, but I don’t think he’ll go far. I saw the limp and no attempts to fly so I’m not sure if his wing is pinned to his body or not.

Couldn’t find him when I was there. I left my number with the employees incase they see him again. Left a VM w/ animal welfare as well.
