Glossy black plastic bumper trims restoration?

I bought a 2024 ioniq 6 and the front bumper is in a pretty bad shape. Dont know what the previous owner did with the car but it looks like he was drifting it daily in gravel.

Can I restore these rock chips?

Not really. Sand down and respray it black. Or just wrap it with colored ppf

I just buffed my plastic trims with cutting compound and somehow it worked.

But I guess in this case it’s just painted black rather than actually being black so you probably can’t do that.

these are painted, it's a total hell to take the bumper apart on these, just polish em lightly by hand it'll be alot better than it is right now
