Completed my interpretation of what a na’vi from a snow biome may look like. I took inspiration from indigenous communities, specifically the Sakha from Siberia.

Thought it was cool as hell lol

I especially love the floating mountains/boulders that are connected with vines and have waterfalls disappering into the wind, and the biofluorescent plants that have a dim shine at night and light up when touched. These just hit differently in the movies for me. Do you guys have any specific favorites/anything that really fascinates you?

I haven’t seen anything like this so decided to do it myself, made it for my Na’vi characters. It felt wrong to give them earth animals/things to symbolise them, I know they don’t have a calendar like we do but it made it much easier for to navigate!! I may make a fully seasonal zodiac calendar that better suits the Na’vi “calendar” in future but as of now this is what I’ve done :)

Please note that each zodiac has three positive and negative traits (these were taken google, this is not how I personally feel about each sign). These zodiacs are in no way limited to only the six traits I have given them, please feel free to expand upon them and make them your own!

- Taurus is now the ‘Angtsìk (Hammerhead Tiatanothere).
- Gemini is now the Syaksyuk (Prolemuris).
- Cancer is now the Tulkun.
- Leo is now the Palulukan (Thanator).

- Libra is now the Lortsyal (Shimmyfly).
- Scorpio is now the Pxazang (Akula).
- Sagittarius is now the Ikran (Mountain Banshee).
- Capricorn is now the Pa’li (Direhorse).
- Aquarius is now the Kreytu’um (Windray).
- Pisces is now the Ilu.

Chapter Two of my Jake Sully/Neytiri psychological horror fic, Empty Mouth, is here! 🌿

After the events of Chapter One, we finally move into Jake's perspective, following him as he attempts to navigate the abandoned RDA facility and find his way back to Neytiri.

But the deeper he ventures into the building, the more he begins to realise that something is terribly wrong.

The corridors seem to move around him. Familiar voices call from empty rooms. And somewhere within the facility, something has been studying him.

Something knows his face. His voice. His memories.

But how much does it really understand about the man it's trying to imitate?

This chapter was particularly challenging to write because I wanted to explore Jake's character beyond his role as a warrior. His compassion, his relationship with Pandora, and, most importantly, his love for Neytiri are all central to the horror.

After all, what could be more terrifying than discovering that the things you love most are being used against you?

Hi everyone!

This is my new OC Tsaley, a Na’vi from the Tlalim clan who barely escaped with their life after their caravan was attacked by raiders. They managed to escape on their ikran with their life, bearing an eye injury that left their left eye permanently blinded and disfigured.

Tsaley crashed their ikran near a Metkayina village and was rescued by the daughter of the leaders, who nursed them back to health. Tsaley and Akulukan, the tsahik and olo’eyktan’s daughter, both have major crushes on each other but neither realise, so are both stuck in an awkward pining limbo.

These were put together through extensive study of the films, comics and the games! I wanted to have some voice guides that can help me to keep the character canon voices consistent! Especially for characters like Jake and Neytiri, who have a very particular style of speaking.
