Hello, so I've been on the fence about pulling Aha... I have SW999 and Waventurine Fua team. I don't really wanna replace anyone in the teams but wanted to know if Aha E0S0 is a significant difference over any of these characters.

For Waventurine I run : E1S1 Wave, E2S1 Mblade, E0S0 Ashveil, E2S1 Hyacine

For SW I run : E1S1 SW999, E0S0 Sparxie, E1S0 Yao, E0S0 Pearl (including this just for completions sake)

So the main question I have is, would I be better off replacing Ashveil, Sparxie or even Yao Guang and then I pull evanescia to make a 3rd elation team? I know Sobin has been the hottest thing on the market here but if I pull her she's likely to be tethered to my mono-rem team so she's not an option for investment and due to my mblade being highly invested I don't plan on swapping him out... I did just pull ashveil so it'd be sad to replace him but if Aha is a significant difference then it will be worth. Any and all advice appreciated <3

I've been testing E6S1 Waven on a private server and here are my findings as a normal not pro player.

The characters I checked were E1S1 Ashveil, E2S1 Sobin, E2S1 Aha, alongside E2S1 Hyacine.

Aha global passive + LC was activated on all tests.

I didn't take videos or anything because to be honest this was for my own personal testing with my OWN builds that I have (I also made one for Aha that I think is reasonable and not god tier or anything).

I'm not trying to push some stupid agenda. I care most about Aventurine and tried these tests out to see who would be the absolute best for him since he is the primary one I care about the most. Everything else is secondary to him.

Quick Q&A for people before the findings:

Q: You have massive skill issue. These clears are horrible and I could do way better.

A: You are probably right. I'm just an average player man. I'm not HoS or Ruri Goko or something.

Q: But what about hit RNG and random stuff that could affect the run so these aren't equal?
A: You are probably right, but I'm not going to reset 100 times to get a perfect run and you probably could get significantly better runs if you reset.

Q: Obviously Aha is being shilled so she does better.

A: You are probably right. This is definitely by far the hardest Plight yet which is why I tested on it. For reference on live server with the same builds as in this post as well as downgrading Ashveil from E1S1 to E0 with Topaz LC and downgrading Hyacine from e2 to e1, I 0-cycled Yabuli Plight with 120 AV remaining and Irontomb with around 100 AV remaining.

Q: Mblade is the best and extremely sexy, I'm just going to use him no matter what you say.

A: Yes, I agree he is very attractive. Use the characters you want to use and I use him as well for the non king stages since my other team needs Sobin.

The main reason I pulled for Pearl is because I thought her "shield" would be enough to keep me alive just to clear this AA. Obviously I was wrong.

I know the consensus is that FUA is better than Elation but I felt my Yaoguang was collecting dust so I bit the bullet and pulled. This elation meta is bumming me out.

Hi. First of all, sorry for any misspelling, this is not my first language.

So, my question; I have Waven E0S0 (planning to get E2S1 someday), I ran him with MBlade E3S0 and Ashveil E0S0 (S1 Topaz LC). But with the buff stuff for Acheron and the V3 Aha and looking at how good him is performing with the Elation team, I have some doubts.

Here's the thing: I don't have a 3rd DPS (Anaxa without Cyrene can't clear even his home), so for the past endgames I ran Waven with poor builded Yaoguang and EMC and he's ok (I mean, the buildings were so bad but I get full stars anyways). Also, Ashblade together with E1 Tribbie were ok like always, I mean, Waven came recently so I played both together a lot in the past months, so they're fine.

Looking at the leaks, if it's that true, we're getting a very good improvement on Acheron and his BiS is apparently AshBlade. And I saw many people saying that Aha is quite nice for Waven, and also, I have Robinetto but she's with my monorem (again, I'm Cyreneless, she hates me). But, again, I have Yaoguang E0S0 (and if she's good for Waven/Aha I'm definitely getting her LC).

So, with all that said... What are your thoughts on Aha and the Waven's Elation team? Is it good enough to split the Washblade team? I'm asking because I've been seeing different opinions. Some say that FUA Waven is better, but some others say the same about Elation Waven... So I'm pretty confused about it.

Also, in the Elation team, is Pearl the major priority? Or should I get Aha first and get Pearl in a rerun? I mean, just in case that in the end the Elation team gets better with V4 (if there's any major change in the V4)

I’ve seen a lot of people complaining and saying Aha isn’t great and worse than MBlade for Waven FuA. I think even at E0 she might be a bit better than MBlade, and with E1 you now get her ult really fast. You start with 5 wishpower now so you can get her ult when Waven’s turn starts or before. Also she action advances Aha Instant when using ult now too which is good. Not sure about his mono elation team as I don’t plan on using it.

Personally I’m satisfied and she could release as is, and I’ll pull her E1S0.

Robin Summeretto x Aha sneak nerf

I haven't seen people mention this but Aha's V3 introduced a "wording change" that's actually a nerf. That was the change from "ally" to "ally character". This makes memosprites untargetable by Aha skill.

It's not the biggest change in the world, but it essentially means that now the fastest turn taker in the team no longer can be used to produce wishpower.

Although I'll be so honest, maybe memosprites were never targetable? But I think they were before. If you guys can confirm one way or the other that'd be cool!

I'm mentioning this on the Waven subReddit because he was the only character who is realistically affected by this since Pearl locks the other 2 (3?) DPS onto mono elation. So this change is pretty targeted towards Waven. Also because he's the only Aha user I care about and I had previously already made posts on the Waven X Robin X Aha teams here before.

Heads up: I was unsure of marking this as leaks but I do talk about Aha’s kit and my questions do relate to Aha+Waven, I also very lightly comment on Ex-Eidolons at the end. I don’t want to catch a good person that genuinely wished to help off guard with an unprompted leak, so that’s why I labeled it under leaks.

So, yeah, the title may be a LITTLE dramatic for attention. Now let me try to save face here, because I don’t want people to think my account is that bad. My ego won’t allow it. I may have a lot of bricks, but I put my heart into said bricks.

I have been playing since 1.6, but I have been way less active since 3.7 because of adult stuff so I’ve been pretty hands-off. Now that I got a tablet, playing HSR consistently has been way easier, but it doesn’t change the fact that, as you can see, I have Waventurine trapped in a whole construction site with the amount of bricks I pulled. I fear showing this screenshot, or telling my pull history, to a meta slave may induce a heart attack. I always pulled for characters I liked and then tried working from that, but that is now sort of really hard to do in end game and end game is the most consistent source of jades in the game.

In 4.X, only very few characters were genuinely characters I wanted and most of them have ended up being supports.

I got E0S1 Yaoguang (Bizarrely early both), lost Ashveil, got MBlade, got Sobin, got Ashveil E0S1, Waven and now Pearl.

This means that the only damage dealers in this list are Ashveil and Waven, so I can’t use normal FUA Waven. Most of his best teammates are also taken, since MBlade, Tribbie and Hyacine are in the Ashveil comp and Sobin has made a definitive home in Phainon’s team because I don’t have E2 Cyrene.

I know I need to address the two elation-shaped elephants in the room, so let me start. I pulled Yaoguang thinking I’d like elation meta, I was hyped for Evanescia back then and I found her design pretty so I got her and her LC in like 17 pulls. But I was dumb, I would not want a single one of the DPS’s, I deadass skipped 4.2 even though it was the anniversary, I forgot to open the game most days. This also meant I did not have a single one of the shilled elation DPS’s.

But Waven came and he was elation, and Elaven was an option. That’s where Pearl comes in. Initially, I was going to skip, but during Pearl’s beta I remember someone I trusted commenting that she worked fine with him in an elation team like the one I was using. I really really wanted Pearl and was looking fot any excuse to pull her anyways and I have been enjoying using her in a mono elation Waven team… but the reason why I come here is because of Aha’s kit (and because I have no clue who to out as my Waven’s 4th slot since my EMC is still being built and lacking eidolons).

I didn’t expect Aha to basically be solely for FUAven, I knew it was likely but I had hoped that she would allow him to be more usable with other elations, but alas. It was probably my bad for liking pretty bricks and pulling the trigger too quick. Now I have no idea on what to do team comp-wise next patch since I was really hoping to keeping him as Elaven. Playing him mono elation with Aha would miss out on her buff of allowing him both passives at once, and I can’t even just kick out Yaoguang back to the E0S1 homeless support dungeon because Pearl will activate his trace. Kinda sucks to have pulled her to not use her… but I also did pull Jade during 3.0 so it’s not a first. My main issue currently is that if I keep Ashblade as a separate team and using Aha with Elaven seems like a waste, so what should I do? Should I just ignore that and go all in with Elaven+Aha following Aventurine’s example, keeping Yaoguang and Pearl with him in the process, or is there some better Waven team I can form with my other characters (and in the future Aha) that I’m not seeing? I know I can’t expect anything ideal in these current conditions where all his supports are taken, but I was hoping Aventurine mains would shed some light here on what is the okayish path to take.

(With the buffs to DHIL and Jingyuan maybe my team situation will be easier since I’ll have at least 2 new teams and maybe that will free up Ashveil to be with Waven, but after pulling Pearl just to possibly bench her in one patch and knowing the HP inflation is off the charts, I feel that maybe I should start asking those in the know before going pedal to the metal)

As someone who is ashveil-less, would waven best benefit from aha-moze-sustain, aha-mblade-sustain, or aha-sobin-sustain

Well, V3 for AHA is out, and I'm asking again.

So…now that V3 is out, what character should I pull for my Waven team- E1 MBlade or E2S1 Aha?

My main teams are:
-HimeNova (I’m planning on getting Misha SP for her in 5.X);
-DoTs (Kafka SP in 5.X);
-Saber-Gil with Sobin E2;
-Waven (currently with Ash and Sparkle/Sobin);

EDIT 1: SW999 and Yao are benched and I’m not planning on investing into them, so Aha will be only for Waven team

Okay so now that aha v3 is out, and nothing changed when it came to the specific elation face of Waventurine and she didn't get any form of increased attack frquency, how do you guys feel about her compared to ashblade, we have to keep in mind that we have to wait all the way till she gets her ult to activate the double trace for aventurine so youre kinda fiddling with your thumbs tell then.. thoughts?

I lost my 50 50 so unfortunately no aventurine rn but im thinking since I hear acheron is getting a massive buff and might be given out for free ill run aventurine on elation instead of my first plan which is using my ash and mort so how much of a difference is elation and fua aventurine at all e0 s0

I love her design but she does not seem worth the switch from mblade, the buffs she gives are so small people are calling her a walking planar set, to see the biggest buffs you need E2 so you gotta pull her 3 times plus lightcone??? When I myself already have a E0 blade that gets my waventurine to max stacks without any issues, and I was planning to get more eidolons for him, i know e2 doesn't work super well with waventurine but the attack frequency increase is so nice for faster aha instances, which aha lacks currently, I'd say out of all the dps she gives waventurine lasted from the elation buffs, and its not worth it for me or people who only have 1 elation character in waventurine himself since she works way better with others, its kinda sad
