Question Backup without internet?
Because of me almost bricking my computer by trying to run dual boot linux with windows 11 (my main Os), it seems ill need a fresh windows, a clean installation. The main reason is although ive managed to fully recover my account, no matter what i do i cant access the internet at all. No wifi, no ethernet. I want to backup all of my files (all if possible) for after the clean installation, but is this possible without any internet on my pc? For reference, i have a perfectly working laptop and a 32GB usb stick if they’re useful. Any help is greatly appreciated

You should always have backups of your files. If you are diddling with the OS. have at least two good copies of your backup. Copy the files to an external USB drive. You don't need internet for that. Or copy them to the laptop, but that is just one copy.

For a great free data backup program, use Veeam Free. You can use any destination (flash drive, external drive) and you could even set up your laptop as a shared folder destination.
For imaging once you get everything recovered, Rescuezilla is the easiest program. It is the GUI version of Clonezilla.

Does that need to be downloaded from the internet?

Yes, but you can transfer it from a USB stick where someone else can download for you. Or from a second computer. Problem doing it that way?

Another software backup option for you, have someone download opbs, free open source backup tool I helped with testing it, works perfect: https://github.com/bobeire/opbs
