Review Vykar

I've been testing Vykar for some time now, and it's a slick project. I use it as a my backup backup software, with my main backup software being Kopia. But Vykar is worth a shoutout.

Unlike a lot of new, one-developer backup applications that are cropping up, Vykar is well established, earning over 700 stars on Github and showing a lot of activity. It is not recommended for production yet, but appears suitable as a secondary backup system.
