☝️ AskBH Wage delay

Can some one please tell me what I can do ? I was fired by my ex job around a month ago on the 9th of September was my last working day officially .
They informed me it would take 1-2 weeks to pay me for the two weeks that I have worked but nothing yet . I have tried raising a complaint online under the "تاخر دفع الأجور "
But it says I am currently employed there so I can’t raise a complaint online ! I tried calling ministry of labor but no response aswell all the time from the morning to night . I have tried calling my employer and the company and sending email but no answer . Also I can’t go to them since my current job enables me too and by time I can the working hours are done .

Go to ministry of labor and file a complaint there, they will give you a latter after few days to submit in SIO so you are removed from sio.
Regarding your settlement you should receive it on your last day or when the employees get paid.
So the first thing anyways is complaint in MOL.

I already checked with SIO I have already been removed 🥲 , and the settlement was supposed to to be last month when they got paid yes but they said “ they Calculated my settlement incorrectly so they have to do it again “

Thats not your problem, on your last day you should get your full settlement
