You know the Bay.. that comp had back to back back to bumbles. and each track lead into that next. True meaning of a classic.
West Coast Bad Boyz Vol 1 is a close second.

I put this up against any other compilation. It's subjective I know but listen to this then listen to whatever you thought was a classic and tell this isn't your new favorite comp from the Bay.
That first track hits and set the tone for the rest of the album

That Cell Block comp was like a compilation on steroids 😂 holy sht. Shouts to West coast Bad Boyz and 17 Reasons as well. Explosive mode III also has a special place in my rotation

True, Vol 1 is a close second. Vol 2 straight trash.
Im from the eighty foe- eighty fin era so may taste may differ from the youngstas.
I havent seen any mention of International Blunt Funk, won't call it a classic because a few tracks are throwaways like tray eight with three hot ones.

It’s West Coast Bad Boyz 1 and 2 for me. Maybe sentimental because I bought them when they came out but they slap and I bump them to this day.

Bro Top Notch, Time to Get My Serve On, Still On Parole, Hit The Gas, Weak Moves, this is one of my all-time fave compilations, up there with Cell Block Compilation, and I still think Fathom Dom is one of the most slept on rappers, so smooth.
Honorable mention: Khayree's The Blackalation.
