They actually did fly in to LAX, and it did several passes of major parks and beaches. I remember that day, we took a break and headed to the Korean Friendship Bell park at San Pedro. It was awesome.
Then they had to take it on city streets to the museum it was ending up in, over by USC. Sadly USC nor Exposition Park have a runway.
