Private Learner Permit

Hey guys, do i need a permit to teach my sister how to drive without registering for a driving school? I plan on getting L stickers that ill put on all sides of the car we’ll be using. I have a class B (0 restrictions) drivers license.
So do i need to register with the DRTS or just get the stickers and im good to go?
The “buka ya matshwao” says that a learner driver must be accompanied by a licensed driver and the car must have the L stickers on all sides, or maybe i misunderstood… 💁‍♂️

60 pula for her to get a learners license at transport and then get the stickers, and someone with a license of 5 years plus should accompany her in the car.
