Hi everyone!! I made this piece on a flat canvas board. I did a few layers of paper mache to create the texture and raise the eyeball. I used oil pastels for the bulk of the painting. The iris is made out of a broken CD. When learning how to burn CDs for my band I had a few that didnt end up being usable or rewritable, so I used them as paint palettes. I soaked those in hot water and then cut them up to create the "tiles." The brown piece is there intentionally

This piece was SO much fun to create. I tried out some new things and the end result is so bright im very happy with how it came out :)

Bit wet out there today so decided to give this design a try. Had to find the right paper, as too thin meant it would tear and too thick wouldn’t fold. I’m happy with the result. This one is green copy paper (90gsm), 6 strips of 10x15cm in size.

Ive been having a lot of fun with the new spinning hobby I've picked up. I have yet to buy a spindle, and i know there's some for cheap, hopefully making the process easier.

However, in the meantime, I've decided to create this account as I go through this phase in my life, posting all my progress here. You may have seen me on another account, posting my process there. I will be deleting those posts from there and posting from here from now on.

It’s 9:30 so my energy is kicking in….

Also. I have run out of flat surfaces and it’s hot so leaves are blowing w/ the fans ! But yay art!

Not pictured is the dozens I made of each item cuz shit gets lost. I glued the tacos and burritos to make them pockets, so they can DIY their own. It probably cost me around $20 and I had a major blast making it all.

And yes, I know we don’t put slices of tomatoes into tacos lol
